Main tasks and responsibilities

• Manage the construction team to construct projects as per the relevant project design drawings, specs and standards in line with the set target for cost, schedule and HSE given in four project categorization blocks:
  • Upstream
  • Downstream
  • Gas network and pipelines
  • Infrastructure, power and renewables
• Responsible that the Construction is completed in time, within the established budget and safety and ensure that contractual obligations are fulfilled in time and to the complete satisfaction of the Owner.
• Review and approve the construction program and ensure that detail construction schedules are prepared for all areas and erection activities.
• Ensure completion of all construction documents and punch list as part of handover to commissioning team
• Performs supervisory responsibilities:
  • Has supervisory oversight of all personnel related matters as it relates to the Projects- Project Delivery including making recommendations regarding hiring and firing decisions, training, development, evaluation and disciplining. Interprets, administers, and enforces work rules, rules of conduct, departmental and OQ policies, procedures and performance standards.
  • Recommend and implement changes or improvements in staffing levels, procedures, budget levels, and equipment.
